Not the tired that sleep fixes. The kind that builds quietly over weeks - in the body, in the nervous system, in the part of you that has been steady and present and on for everyone else. The kind that doesn't have a name in most circles, because most circles aren't filled with people who understand it.
The Women's Facilitators Circle is a monthly gathering in the heart of Samford Village, created specifically for counsellors, yoga teachers, coaches, bodyworkers, guides, and practitioners - the women who dedicate themselves to supporting others through their most tender and difficult experiences.
We have listened. We have learned. And we have shaped this space with great care to give you exactly what we know you need most.
This is not a workshop. It is not a professional development event. It is not a circle where you will be asked to hold anyone up, track how others are doing, or show up in any particular way.
You arrive. You land. You are held.
We gather indoors in a warm, intimate setting in Samford Village - a soft, nourishing environment designed to help your body and mind genuinely settle from the moment you walk in. Herbal tea is waiting. The space is ready. And for the next few hours, the only thing asked of you is that you receive.
We keep numbers to a maximum of 7 women - intentionally small, so that every person in the room is truly seen and genuinely met.
Each circle is a complete experience - unhurried, embodied, and held with care.
We begin with space to arrive and share honestly. This is a room full of women who speak your language - not the polished professional version, but the real one. The one that knows what the drive home after a heavy session feels like. The one that understands the invisible weight you carry, and the quiet recalibration that happens behind the scenes every single day.
From there, we move into a single guided journey together - a deep, intentional experience to help you clear what has accumulated, return to yourself, and reconnect with what matters.
Then we rest in integration. This is the part that is so often skipped, and it is perhaps the most important. Time to let what has moved through you settle. Time to breathe, to be still, to feel the ground beneath you again.
Herbal tea flows throughout. There is no rush. There is nowhere else to be.
You will leave lighter. More yourself. Reset for the month ahead.
Not because anything was fixed or solved, but because you were genuinely held - by the space, by the women in the room, by an experience designed entirely around your restoration.
You are a counsellor, yoga teacher, coach, bodyworker, practitioner, or guide.
You spend your days supporting others emotionally, energetically, or therapeutically - and you know the weight that comes with that.
You are longing for a space where you don't have to be the strong one. Where you can be honest about what this work really takes. Where you can lay it all down, be heard without having to hold anyone else, and leave feeling like yourself again.

I help people remember their wholeness through trauma-informed, depth-guided healing that honours sovereignty, tenderness, and authenticity. My work restores the sacred threads between body, soul, and lineage - inviting safety, true belonging, and the ability to receive without self-abandonment. I walk beside those reclaiming their power, not to rescue, but to witness and support their return to truth.
I acknowledge the Gurumgul people, the First Nations custodians of the land on which I live and work. I honour their deep connection to this Country, which has held and sustained life for countless generations.
I recognise that the Gurumgul people never ceded their sovereignty, and that this land was taken from them. I acknowledge the truth of this history with respect, humility, and a commitment to remembrance.
Although the Gurumgul people, their language, stories, and traditions are no longer present in living memory, I recognise their enduring presence in the land itself. The rivers, soil, trees, and skies continue to carry the imprint of their care, wisdom, and belonging. I hear it in the birds and feel it in the earth beneath my feet and the wind as it blows.
I live on this land with respect and reverence. I honour its history, walk gently upon it, and remain committed to caring for Country in a spirit of gratitude, humility, and stewardship.
