This is something I have felt called to create for quite some time. This is a sanctuary, a monthly in-person gathering crafted specifically for you - the facilitators, practitioners, healers, coaches, counsellors, bodyworkers, and space-holders who dedicate their lives to supporting others.
You hold stories, grief, and trauma. You regulate nervous systems, witness breakdowns and breakthroughs, and guide countless souls through their deepest processes. You give, you support, you steady. And sometimes, you leave carrying pieces of what was never yours to keep.
This isn't a flaw in your practice; it's the profound nature of deep work. Caring deeply costs energy. Holding others demands something from your own body, heart, and nervous system. And in a world that celebrates your strength, it often forgets to ask: Who is holding you?
That’s why the Women’s Facilitator’s Circle exists.
This is a monthly space designed not for networking, not for professional development that leaves you more overwhelmed, but for genuine connection and profound restoration. It’s a place to lay it all down, to exhale, to receive. To be witnessed by women who truly understand the weight and the immense privilege of holding space.
Imagine a room where you don't have to explain yourself. Where your depth is normal, your sensitivity makes sense, and your body can finally soften because the collective energy of the room knows how to hold itself.
You are a coach, therapist, healer, facilitator, counsellor, bodyworker, or guide.
🌿 You spend much of your life supporting others emotionally, energetically, or therapeutically.
.
🌿 You often feel like the strong one, always giving.
.
🌿 You are excellent at holding space for others but find it challenging to receive support yourself.
.
🌿 You crave deeper connection with women who genuinely understand your path.
.
🌿 You sometimes leave sessions or client work feeling full, heavy, or energetically tangled.
.
🌿 You long for a space where your own nervous system can be tended to.
.
🌿 You desire a community that resonates with the profound work you do.
Holding space is beautiful, sacred work. It can also be incredibly lonely. Many facilitators know the feeling of being surrounded by people yet not truly met. Of supporting everyone while privately running on empty. Of being deeply resourced professionally but under-supported personally. Of carrying emotional residue and having nowhere to place your own vulnerability.
There’s an ache for women who speak the same language of healing - not the instagram version, but the real one. The language of the body, the grief, the truth, the repair, the lineage, the energy. This circle is here to meet that ache.
Every month, we gather in an intimate group of 10 women in Wights Mountain. Each circle is a journey into:
A precious chance to step out of hypervigilance, responsibility, and performance. To let your body settle, to be supported in regulation, grounding, and deep restoration.
Because as facilitators, we often carry what isn't ours. This space is dedicated to helping you clear, reset, and return to your authentic self.
Here, you are not the one doing the holding. You are seen in your own humanity, your own process, your own becoming.
Engage in real conversations with women who understand the nuances of this work. No explaining, no translating, no shrinking – just authentic connection.
A room filled with women who truly understand what it means to walk with others through healing. That kind of belonging changes everything.

I help people remember their wholeness through trauma-informed, depth-guided healing that honours sovereignty, tenderness, and authenticity. My work restores the sacred threads between body, soul, and lineage - inviting safety, true belonging, and the ability to receive without self-abandonment. I walk beside those reclaiming their power, not to rescue, but to witness and support their return to truth.
I acknowledge the Gurumgul people, the First Nations custodians of the land on which I live and work. I honour their deep connection to this Country, which has held and sustained life for countless generations.
I recognise that the Gurumgul people never ceded their sovereignty, and that this land was taken from them. I acknowledge the truth of this history with respect, humility, and a commitment to remembrance.
Although the Gurumgul people, their language, stories, and traditions are no longer present in living memory, I recognise their enduring presence in the land itself. The rivers, soil, trees, and skies continue to carry the imprint of their care, wisdom, and belonging. I hear it in the birds and feel it in the earth beneath my feet and the wind as it blows.
I live on this land with respect and reverence. I honour its history, walk gently upon it, and remain committed to caring for Country in a spirit of gratitude, humility, and stewardship.
