It is not only Women who carry trauma in their DNA from the patriarchal rule. Men do too. I have seen a deep sense of loss in many family systems from Men not being able to be their true self as they also had to conform. We no longer have to fight against the patriarchy. It is more powerful for us to heal. If we heal the trauma and live our authentic heart-led life we can make real and lasting change upon the world. This track is for both men and women to heal their father's line.
