Most inner child work fails because it drops you into the past without enough support, causing you to "collapse" into the wounded part rather than healing it. The Integrated Self is different. This course is a steady, wise, and deeply respectful journey into the architecture of your psyche.

We begin with the understanding that your "parts" are not problems to be fixed. They are brilliant survival strategies. They formed in moments of overwhelm when a need arose and there was no safe adult to help you co-regulate. These parts didn't freeze because they were weak; they froze because they were alone.

In this course, you will learn how to enter the scene as the adult who was missing. You will learn to complete interrupted emotional cycles, meet unmet needs, and build a new internal language of responsiveness. This is not about digging for trauma; it is about restoring safety and adult presence so your system can finally reorganize toward wholeness.

Inner Child and Parts Healing is based on the understanding that the psyche is not a single, monolithic "me." Instead, we are made up of various "parts" or sub-personalities.

When you experienced an unmet need or an overwhelming event in childhood without a safe adult to help you co-regulate, your psyche did something brilliant: it split. One part of you kept going so you could survive and function in the world. Another part - the "Inner Child" - stayed locked in that moment of time, holding the feeling, the need, and the trauma.

This work isn't about "fixing" these parts. It’s about building a relationship of trust between your Adult Self and these younger versions of you. It’s about becoming the safe place for them to land, so they no longer have to shout through triggers and anxiety to be heard.

WHY TRADITIONAL COACHING AND "POSITIVE MINDSET" OFTEN MAKE YOU FEEL WORSE

The Hidden Cost of "Good Vibes Only."

We live in a culture that tells us to "think positive," "be grateful," and "manifest our way out of pain." But for someone with insecure attachment and stored trauma, these methods can actually be deeply harmful.

Traditional coaching, gratitude journals, and mindset shifts often work by bypassing your pain. They tell the parts of you that are hurting, scared, or angry that they don't belong. They essentially tell your inner child: "You need to change, be quieter, or go away in order for me to be successful and happy."

This is the ultimate act of self-abandonment. It mirrors the exact childhood environment that created the trauma in the first place - where your needs were ignored or deemed "too much."

By trying to "positive think" your way out of a trigger, you are telling that part of you that it is still not safe to exist. This work goes against everything you’ve been conditioned to believe. We don't ask your parts to change; we offer them a seat at the table. We don't tell them to "go away"; we tell them, "I am here now, and you are safe with me." This radical acceptance is the only thing that truly allows the childhood cycle of unmet needs to stop spinning.

We move slowly, prioritizing safety and adult presence before any direct work with parts begins.

Module 1: Why Parts Exist & How They Form

Understand the brilliance of your psyche. Learn how "splits" occur at the time of an unmet need and how your parts have been waiting - not failing - ever since.

Module 2: The interrupted Emotional Cycle

Feelings are designed to move. When safety is missing, the cycle pauses mid-stream. Discover how these unfinished experiences show up today as triggers, chronic shame, or feeling "stuck."

Module 3: Who is Driving the Bus?

Learn the essential distinction between being with a part and being taken over by one. Discover how to stay rooted in your adult self so the child can be on the bus without having to drive it.

Module 4: Creating Safety Before Contact

Before we meet a part, we build the "Home Base." Learn to resource yourself through grounding, present-moment awareness, and ancestral or energetic support.

Module 5: Meeting the Part Without Collapsing

Practice approaching a younger part with steady adult presence. Learn to witness without forcing insight, replacing pressure with simple, regulating presence.

Module 6: Understanding and Meeting the Need

What is a need, really? Learn to identify the core needs beneath emotional reactions and how to meet them symbolically and relationally today. 

Module 7: What is and Emotion and What Do We Do With It?

Learn the information denied to you as a child. Emotions are Energy-in-Motion. They are here for a reason and they want to follow a path. In this lesson learn how to do just that.

Module 8: Completing the Cycle

Explore the different ways healing unfolds. Whether a part comes into the present or you stay with them in the past, we honor the pace of readiness - no rush, no push, no fixing.

Module 9: Guided Practice & Integration

A slow, spacious guided process that brings all the pieces together, followed by a framework for living in a trusting, ongoing relationship with your parts.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

I’ve tried inner child work before and it was too overwhelming. How is this different?

Most methods drop you into the past without enough "Adult" support. In this course, we prioritize Safety and Resourcing first. You will learn how to stay rooted in your present day Adult Self so you can witness the past without being drowned by it.

Do I have to remember specific traumas for this to work?

No. This is a somatic, parts-led approach. We work with the feelings and sensations present in your body right now. Your parts will show us what they need to show us when they feel safe enough to do so.

How long does it take to see results?

This is about building a relationship, not a quick fix. However, many students report a shift in their internal "noise" and a greater sense of calm and a lightness within the first guided visualisation as they establish their "Home Base" of safety.

Can I do this alongside traditional therapy?

Absolutely. This work is highly complementary to therapy. It provides you with a practical, daily framework for self-regulation and internal communication.

What if I can't "see" or "hear" my inner child?

That is completely normal! "Parts" show up in many ways - as physical sensations, recurring thoughts, or even just a specific "mood." This course teaches you the language of your unique system, however it speaks to you.

Hi I'm Tracy, a Family Constellations facilitator trained in the Hellinger tradition and grounded in trauma-informed approaches to systemic healing.

For more than fifteen years, I’ve supported hundreds of people to understand and transform the patterns carried through their family systems.

My work blends traditional Family Constellations wisdom with modern trauma-informed care so this powerful process feels accessible, steady, and safe for sensitive souls who are ready to reclaim their lives.

My own journey through complex family trauma shapes everything I teach. I bring both professional training and lived experience to this work, which is why it feels so deeply human, grounded, and transformative.

I help people remember their wholeness through trauma-informed, depth-guided healing that honours sovereignty, tenderness, and authenticity. My work restores the sacred threads between body, soul, and lineage - inviting safety, true belonging, and the ability to receive without self-abandonment.
